No. This was a bullshit witch hunt investigation in which they were "hoping" to find some law broken, but found none. Do you know how you know it was a witch hunt? Simple. They had a dozen investigations and NOT ONE returned with any charges or even any wrong doing.
Meanwhile, Trump there is calling Mueller's investigation a witch hunt while everyone is going to jail.
