The current investigation of Mueller has not got to the level Ken Star's investigation of lying about having sex with a intern. Hardly a offense against the state.

Not enough evidence found to convict Hillary. Sometimes it happens that way in the end.
But it has nothing to do with the current POTUS doing even worse.
One crime can not excuse another. This investigation will only be stopped because there may be to many folks in government with a interest in keeping secrets from the people.

If there are provable crimes, they should be punished. Cheney did not even get a investigation. Or at least we left it at the doorstep of bad intel (generated by Chaney himself). I wonder why that is... something Hillary did ?
