I read about this on Fox News. It's hilarious.
This shouldn't be an issue at all. He needs to tell the truth. It's very, very simple. Did he or did he not have communication with Assange and or Wikileaks? It shouldn't be too difficult to remember. Mueller has emails from Stone asking Corsi to contact Assange and or Wikileaks. Did he follow through on that?
If Corsi has had any contact with Assange, he needs to report it. If Corsi has had no contact with Assange or Wilileaks, then he can testify to that.
However, if Corsi testifies that he did not have any contact with Assange or Wikileaks and Mueller has evidence that he has - most likely in the form of emails or perhaps phone calls - then Corsi can be charged with lying under oath.
It's amazing how they first deny any wrong doing, then have selective memory. Then when the truth comes out they are discovered to be lying, they are indicted, fight it, and then plead guilty.
Why is everyone lying? What are they hiding?
What's most interesting is how the Democrats handle such things vs how Republicans handle it. With Hillary Clinton they were like "How can we help the investigation?" and after four years of investigations there was nt one single indictment. With the Trump people... everyone is lying and hiding the truth, and eventually get indicted.
Again, this is very, very simple. Mueller knows the answer to the questions he is asking. If he comes to you and says "Have you had any contacts with Wikileaks" he already knows the answer. If you lie about it, you get charged. You cannot lie to the FBI during one of the largest, most exhaustive, and most important investigation of our time.
