the thing is that BULLYING happens everywhere between all races...and kids can be cruel unfortunately. it usually concerns kids that "stands out: from the crowd for many reasons.
thats how society "deals" with all "outcasts" at the beginning of socialization, sadly. and yes, people are worse than animals on many levels
