if gender is defined by the mind then so is age and everything else you can possibly think of...you do not get to selectively change reality...either reality means something, or everything is open to personal interpretation and this one dutch dude is being discriminated against...why should some imaginary gender cross dresser have more rights than some imaginary age guy?...not fair at all...
