Over the weekend I dealt with Dell, Microsoft and Nuance. All pure crap customer experiences.
The recent Windows update was not taking on my computer. It would not install. Every hour my computer would ask need to restart.
I go to the Microsoft Store.

Your BS product is making me lose hours and hours of work because it can't install right.
Meanwhile, my iPhone, iMac and iPad have never had an issue since I've owned them.
