Here in Canada, radio stations have banned the son "Babe it's Cold Outside" because its now inappropriate.
And just now while working late, I'm listening to a Doors album and "Back Door Man" comes on. It's a song I've heard a hundred times before but now the lyrics are making me nervous:
"
The men don't know, but the little girls understand", and the line "
I eat more chicken than any man ever seen." - "Chicken" in the 60's was slang for (white) pussy.
Do you think we going to start seeing more and more classic songs get banned just because times, they-are a changin'?
