US has had laser weapons for a very long time... Russian dont have shit, that works.. They can't even keep their only aircraft carrier from sinking in the dock..
In fact the only reason Russia even has a seat at the military power table is because they have left over nukes from the USSR.. I mean for fucks sake Turkey shot down 2 of their aircraft and Russia dindo nuffins in response...
