I suppose it could just be bad information, but it seems like he is lashing out at everyone and constantly fighting with people. Maybe, like Robbie says, he enjoys it but I think he is angry and unhappy and I think it is only going to get worse.

I also think he is under incredible pressure. That job in general is impossible, his constant boasting makes his job (and those of his staff) even harder and I feel like after two years and not much to show for it, the things he likes about the job are now far outweighed by the things he hates.

Of course, this is all just speculation.
