Other than perusing the posts, is there a database or posted list of sponsors who have been verified as dishonest? No payments or partial payments, redirects so you don't get the referral credit, etc?

I know i read posts but generally it is one person having issues. I don't want to pass by a good sponsor based on the word of someone who might be breaking their rules.

A db of bad sponsors on a site with proven sponsors would be great IF you have solid proof. Lawsuits for defamation of business are a possibility so proof is mandatory while giving the alleged thief time to respond.
