You can create a company in a lot of differents juridictions worldwide, even open a bank account without moving from your chair.
You just need a CSP ( corporate services provider ).
My personal tip is to determinate your goal before, then you will be able to choose the right jurisdiction ( privacy, asset protection, tax reduction...)
