That sounds great when you put it that way. Do you have experience doing that? Maybe we have different ideas of what that means.
Knocking on doors? Hell no. I have been down that road, and it was a huge waste of resources. And that was when a lot of businesses still didn't have websites.
Talking to people face to face is great, but if you get in your car and go cold knocking on businesses doors. Plan not to only be told no, but plan to have some doors slammed in your face. If you researched these businesses before hand... great, that's probably a better plan, but then again... we are talking about time and resources.
I suggest to the OP to attend some businesses networking events. Join a business networking weekly group. FB friends and family, etc. Cold knocking.. No.
