2nd: if 2 people have done it before and stopped later because they found out that it is ineffective and cost a lot - WHO is then the dumb? the 2 that tried or the thiord one who want to do the same mistake again ?

that´s the fucking same as with the tax cuts - these are not the first tax cuts ever made. a few presidents did it before and cancelled it later because the debt went to the sky.

and again trump is doing what is proven wrong already.
