It will be tested in the Supreme Court. That is why the Kavanaugh appointment was so important for trump.
I'm not really sure it will come to that.
I think sometime in the spring, when presented with the potential votes, some kind of deal will be reached to allow him to resign and go away somewhat peacefully.
But may be one of the first times I can see revoking his corporate charter and putting him and all those involved in PRISON once all the charges come forth.
I'm sure the family has been moving liquid assets even if they were very well hidden.
The corporate charter revocation can be done while he is in office....LOL
This is likely to happen in any case once he leaves office just from the state of NY even if the feds were look the other way.
It will be somewhat of a game for trump trying to show what kind of havoc he might be able to generate to obtain a 'DEAL' for exiting with something intact.
But trump has about 60-120 days to play whatever cards he has to play.
I'm certain they will be on the increase as the charges mount.
I'm really wondering if those that played a role in supporting this BS in the Senate will pay a price for it. Follow-ups on all the other investigation leads in corruption should be seen to the end.
