I'm having a problem with a Wordpress/Woocommerce bug. The Check payment (manual) is not triggering affiliates to get credit. (Mainstream!)

I've had 2 Indians and a Romanian give up trying to fix it. I need to speak with someone with an ounce of technical logic.
