And what happens to that unlucky fucker that has the 1 video that everyone wants to watch?? If it's not replicated over the entire network, then he gets stuck with the overages, or his $20 account get's shut down
Again, sounds like a good idea on paper maybe

But in the real world I won't want to leave the fate of my monthly income, in the hands of anyone else, let alone 50 losers that might choose to shut off their $20 account since they aren't making any money
