That's a very poor excuse. ISIS, who merely exist because of the peaceful foreign policy of Bush and continued by Obama, is next to nothing now. They've fizzled out and with Assad taking back his country instead of a puppet government creating chaos (as per the usual MO) ISIS is finished.

So, also not an excuse. Why is everyone looking for excuses to keep being in wars? I had no idea so many people were such warmongers.
