I’d say people are skeptical because we’ve seen too many so-called webmasters claim they are doing exceptional.

When my #1 paysite averaged ten signups per day, I didn’t post it. My stats, income, traffic sources were private. Posting that is just bragging. If I posted how I did it, I’d be giving away my strategy and secrets. Asking the niche would have people putting up materials with no clue how to attract customers.
A million hits a day is impressive but how many spent money?
How are you motivating me? Newbies will be fired up! Tube script, free content, $150/month for two servers, Google traffic. Easy!
You don’t get Google or any traffic at first. Free content is overused. Users can be found but it takes time.
It isn’t that simple as you make it sound. I’m not a hater or jealous. But you need to be more specific if you’re going to help people, and be believed. You say you don’t post often and aren’t known. No one can be expected to believe you if you’re unknown.
A million hits a day and only one percent (1%) signing up is ten thousand open wallets. If you get $10/signup, you’re claiming $100k/day. If $1/signup, that’s $10k/day.
