Russia has more deliverable nukes than the US by a factor of 2.
The USA doesn't actually know if it's aging nukes would actually work properly when launched, which is why they've built a brand new super computer called Sierra to test them under simulations.
The British are sure their submarine nukes are deliverable, because they have already been down the simulation testing road, the US is way behind.
