Oh and one last thing... it's just more proof that Russia doesnt follow any of the nuclear agreements and has broken them all.. Just like they still work with bio weapons that are internationally banned..
Here is the scary part about Russia.. Russia has no chain of command for if Putin dies. If Putin died in some car or helicopter crash or he bobbed the knob a bit too hard and choked to death.. Russia would tear its self apart with all the generals and oligarchs fighting over who could be the next dictator..
Russia = Putin.. no Putin, no Russia...
