Fucking oath it will, because the youth of today is not the target market, pot smokers are more likely to be 40+, working and law abiding citizens.. apart for there pot habit.

Also the problem with buying from a "dealer" is you get immune to pot, where as if your buying from a shop you can change variety daily and still get that big rush.
Seriously compare it to craft beer, anyone can make it at home and save a heap of coin, but vast majority of people will just head to a local bar and pay 20x production price... no problems.
