the basis mistake you make is that you do not see that we all need thosw "poor countries" to buy our stuff.
if you would come up with your solutions GLOBALLY and not as a national issue, some of your ideas would even work.
but you can not think that this will ever work as an exclusive solution for just one little community that is not even representing 5% of the world´s population.
