China and Russia have been getting to big for their britches lately...and you know why that is? We have a little man baby bitch in the White House. If Obama or Bush was president, do you think a Chinese admiral would be saying that? Or would Russia be randomly kidnapping an innocent American to try for an exchange of one of their own spies? They know they can get away with it.
