The temporary cards are real cards that work at ATMs and for POS purchases. We have already printed and shipped some alternative cards to some clients and we are working through demand for cards.

USA business clients can withdraw their funds by Wire Transfer or by ACH Withdrawal. We do not support external credit card withdrawal for USA and we have no current plans to make any changes to that.
