I don't think he is capable of understanding what good governance for the people by the people, the 4th estate (apparently no one cares about this anymore so can't fault him here), ethics and integrity actually mean. how can he? I don't think his brain is wired for this. lying to him means nothing as nothing outside himself means anything to him.
who cares though, the label is not important while the future of your nation is
