Hey man, I send this guy my quotation with the payment term crystal clear. I assumed he agreed and understood since he proceeded to ask for my payment info and made the down payment.
“Payments term is 50% upfront and 50% remaining balance after approval of the layout of home page and before converting the design to html.”
Now he is willing to pay someone up to $5000 just to hack my site than paying the remaining $350 to finish his site.
