Its real simple, if this was a huuuuge crisis, why did the GOP when they had all three branches of Gov do nothing? In fact if this is as bad as he says, then its criminal that they did nothing for two years. This should have been job one instead of the tax break if it's so serious.
The truth is its not a crisis, its political theater to keep his shrinking base.
