Yeah. The other side is that if you did have a problem (unlikely) you've got amazon to deal with, which when its a product of their own,they really stand behind it...
Alexa is certainly cool though, cause im my case with youtube, I didn't have to find the equivalent of the play store app, launch it, search for the youtube app, click it to download etc....
I just said 'Do This" and it just did it. Be great for your dad. What could be easier than to tell him to say 'Open Youtube' and its open? Dead simple
