They failed to realize that a little bit of manual selling can go a long way..
Bots are nice.. and can do a lot of heavy lifting, but nothing beats a manual response when things go off script, and it's not difficult to herd them back on script.
What always kills me is the lack of attention to detail on the link conveyance and landers
