Manual or even semi-manual sales - I can believe those numbers.
I know people who use actual phones, and those who've paid for proper programming, but they don't "do" manual or even semi-manual and wonder why their numbers keep falling.
Many many many a sale... has been saved with a bit of semi manual selling, which allows for off script replies.
