My experience is that usually it takes 12-24 hours. A very few times it takes up to 2 days.
By the way, does anybody understand the limits?
My account (and the front page) states that EFT transaction limit is $3500 and daily limit is $10000.
But when trying two transactions of $3200 only the first works, and support tells me:

I don't understand how I can misread the text on their site stating it is $10.000.
