Explain this pricing logic to me please :)

If this is a bit too long, theres a TL : DR at the end

So, I am on the Samsung website and I see it offers an "Out Of Warranty" repair service. It basically says that I can book a slot for a mobile technician (fully Samsung approved) who will come to my home and replace whatever is broken in his fully equipped van outside my house.

They don't 'repair' - They 'replace' - Meaning you tell them what item you have (Galaxy S7) What is wrong with it? Charging port is fucked - Then they give you a price to come round and replace your charging port with a new official Samsung part. Within an hour !

So, for shits and giggles, I decide to see what astronomical cost they want to charge me, for what I have to say, sounds like the perfect service... I'm expecting it to cost as much as a new phone kinda price, but it isn't ! It's actually £81.19p and they can come any day after 4 days time ! This is totally reasonable in my opinion.

So, I'm about to book it, but I see an 'add any other repairs' option, so I think, well the wireless fast charge has been playing up a bit lately... I'll just add that in to see the cost, and then I'll probably delete it... So I do. For a new wireless charging coil to be fitted, its just £40. But at the same time, the charging port fix , which was £81.19 has now become £40 as well !

TL : DR?
So in other words, I can pay £81.19 for them to come round and fit a brand new charging port, or pay £1.19 LESS for them to also fit a new charging coil as well !!! (Perhaps if I had also needed a brand new screen, the overall bill could have been £60??? lol)

How does that make sense?
