Let's assume the 88 is accurate. That isn't that bad. The average person has an IQ somewhere between 90-110. That means they would fall on the low end of average. Could it be better? Sure, but you make it out like they are a country full of blubbering idiots. Also, the high rate of welfare use compared to UK immigrants likely has less to do with IQ and more with language issues.
Here's an idea to help you sound a little less racist. Don't lump an entire country together and just dismiss them based on some stats you have found. You come off as someone who is obsessed with using stats to prove anyone who is not white is a bad person.
