What if it wasn't Trump who won the election but a different republican who also ran against Hillary and won in an upset-victory fashion.. (And by upset I mean outside of what the liberal media wanted and projected onto the people).

Eight years of Obama as the first black president, and here comes the first female president just around the corner.. But alas, she loses fair and square to a boring and very un-Donald Trump type of conservative president.

Do you think the mainstream institutions would have let the loss go in that case? Remember now.. First female president right after the first black president..

That's a good question!

I did not really know Trump before he ran. I knew of him but was never interested in watching his shows or listening to him in interviews. It was when he announced he was going to run is when I started to pay attention.

If Hillary lost to a republican other than Trump, and the loss was fair and square, then I wouldn't care much. I'm a lib so I'll always prefer to see a democrat in the white house, but a fair fight is a fair fight and congrats to the wiiner. I would also prefer to see a campaign that wasn't ugly to the other side (Both Dems and Goppers are guilty of this).

Out of all of the republicans in the 2016 Primary, I think I would have been more or less happy if John Kasich or Marco Rubio would have won against Hillary Clinton. They both have things about them I don't like, but Fucking Ted Cruz is shit on a stick. Ben Carson is an unqualified weakling, and Chris Christie is corrupt as hell too. (Bridgegate, NJ v Exxon, etc).

People and the news media are staying on top of the Trump situation because he is a flat-out terrible president, who's "good people" are all in legal trouble, and Russia meddled in the 2016 election to help Trump win. If Trump knew about this and was involved, then he broke the law, and is therefore an illegitimate president.

I don't think Hillary should have won just because she is female. And Obama wasn't a good president because he was black. But to me both of these are/were better Presidents than Trump could ever be.

I hope that answers your question!
