Is there even a tech department at the Segpay billing processing center? I continue to email
[email protected], without ever receiving a response.
The vast majority of my subscribers sign up with my site
https//www.trueamateurmodels.com though my PRIMARY processor (CCBill) and are always able to log in perfectly fine, so there's absolutely nothing wrong with my website. However, I've been using Segpay as a SECONDARY processor and it seems like nearly half of the customers that sign up though Segpay are never able to log in correctly, until they contact their customer service department.
I don't know if there is an issue with my settings, the POSTBACK information ...no idea whatsoever, and nobody will ever bother to contact me back. The customer service department is never any help at all. I NEED to speak with someone in their TECH department.
Any suggestions? I'm tired of receiving emails from customers that are unable to log in ...without Segpay even doing anything about it in order to correct the issue. This is absolutely crazy.
