I wonder if the FBI team that arrested him was even paid to do so. From what I know, the government was shut down, which would mean that the agents that arrested him did so on their own time and without pay.
I might be wrong. I don't know how the whole thing works. But that would be pretty ironic that these people volunteered to do it while others are crying over the costs.
