If your going to go to another country.. do take 15 minutes to read up on local customs, what's legal at home, might not be there.
The woman in question is a Pakistani. When it comes to people observing local customs and laws that are legal in Muslim countries, Muslims score low on the scale. Sharia law supersedes country laws and customs.
