I chatted online with Talenti Gelato tech support . Captcha didn’t pop the box with code so Submit gave an error. I wanted to inform them so I could send my email to them. I explain the error and support tells me,

thank you for the information. Have you tried with the firefox or chrome server


First I told her to capitalize proper names. Then said neither Firefox or Chrome were servers but browsers. Lastly, that support should just take the information and send it to tech support. You supply support for products, not websites.

My BROWSER name won’t help you as I told you already I tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari. This is a programming error, not my software. I could not believe she offered me tech support.
