First I told her to capitalize proper names. Then said neither Firefox or Chrome were servers but browsers. Lastly, that support should just take the information and send it to tech support. You supply support for products, not websites.

My BROWSER name won’t help you as I told you already I tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari. This is a programming error, not my software. If you’re going to offer tech support, learn what a browser and server is. You, Heidi, are of no help to me. You represent Talenti poorly and I’ll be sure to send them this log. Have a good night”.

I could not believe she offered me tech support.
