Under the system here, yes everyone has free health care.. but 45% of population have health insurance as well.

you find similar systems all over the 1st, the 2nd and even the 3rd world.
I personally donīt know ANY country where people would want to have the US healthcare system. Any politician who proposes something like this could immediately look for a new job (except in the US where people fight for their right to get ripped off).
