Could of brought the Criterion hotel in waimo, 500k nz that's 340k USD, free hold, 2 bars/ restaurant /I think it has like 12 guest rooms and an owners apartment.

I was seriously thinking of buying it and selling 10x50k shares as a doomsday get away or a very nice retirement project.
