I know that.. and you know that, but when your trying to explain to American's you have to be very careful and speak extra slowly. Otherwise they will instantly go.. but look at what's happening in Venezuela or they'll compare it to the UK.

The UK system is fucked because their English, less that 20% of people have private insurance, trying to entice an Brit to spend a dollar to save their lives.. is a waste because they'd rather save the dollar. So they're never going to have a great system, because they can't afford to run it. Australia is not much better, but with 45% having insurance, it makes it more affordable for all.
