Skip forward 50 years, and the results are quiet clear, my mouth is a battle ground of fillings, implants, root canals and has probably cost me close to 100k over the years.
Where as neither my brother or sister have had any filling in their lives, my sister especially is as sugar addicted as I am and my brothers a raging dero alcoholic that's spent half his life living under bridges, he's lost plenty of teeth in fights but never one from decay.

Problem with fluoride pills and fluoridated water is that it harms the brain and thyroid, so not worth the harm, but it is not a problem to have it in toothpaste, as it works topically, as long as you don't consume any.
