It comes down to population USA has 320 million, if you have a warty sore on your dick that looks like a Christmas tree, chances are in the USA.. there's a doctor whose dealt with that before, smaller countries less of a chance. It also comes down to drugs, big pharma mostly make for the American market, if its not approved in the USA, there likely to scrap it and try again, once something approved in the USA.. then they apply to other countries to sell it, but most countries have their own approval system. So something being realised in the USA might take 2 years to reach Aus.. if that's a drug that can save your life, and you've got 2 years left.. you get your ass to America.

It doesn't mean its a better system.. just you have a bigger population.
