You think the wall is only about drugs? You think people are going to carry little babies and old ladies over 30 ft high walls covering in razor wire? Think they'll just carry a 3 story ladder and have 70 yr old granny go up with Juan scaling this 30ft high wall with his 6month old under his arm, crawling over barbed wire 30 ft in the air.

Ever been up on 3 story roof? It's high, and it's certain death if you're an infant or elderly.

Trust me, it will keep people out. It won't keep them all out but it will keep enough out to pay for itself many times over.
