CBD has been a lifechanger for me
I have a lot of old injuries that really hurt my joints these days and I refuse to take opiates. CBD makes things tolerable. Mine is 2500mg with no THC because I don't do that getting high bullshit. A bottle costs about $120 and lasts me maybe 3 months. I buy it local from a place that makes their own and has a good reputation for it's products.
One drop under my tongue in the morning lasts me most of the day. Also keeps my mood pretty mellow.
At night I take three drops and I sleep like a baby.
The recommended dosage on the bottle is way too high for me and I can't stay awake. You have to experiment a bit and find what works best for you.
