Nailed all of them (cringed at having to do one of them well done) and everyone thought it was the best steak they've eaten in a long time. I don't count the well done person's opinion because she has no idea what a good steak tastes like, even though I could have eaten my well done because it wasn't a brick like most people do it. Really... What the fuck is with those people who eat overcooked steak? If you're afraid of a little redness, then don't eat steak. Go to McDonald's and get a big Mac.
