I use herbal tea plus magnesium to get the job done. I dont even need to pay attention do i spend time on PC or not, as those herbal have sedative effect and i fall sleep instantly. Also, beer is actualy bad idea, while it will help you to sleep faster, sleep quality will be much lower.
