I do pretty much everything listed.
My doc recommended I stopped using
Melatonin couple years back and opted for
Euphytose (

A big YES also for CBD oils, I started on the Oil about 12 months ago:
I use to
"CBD clinic Pain Relief Ointments", my therapist uses it on my back and shoulders during my massage and it makes a huge difference.
