You got me there, I shouldn't have used that word.
For my excuse I just woke up and I wasn’t thinking straight.
What I’ve meant though is that the common sense for someone who deals with financial institutions is to contact them directly asap (instead of seeking contact at 3rd party places, expecting fast positive outcome) And they are prepared to resolve such situations, not a big deal, one just usually needs to confirm his identity.
